One role, across the metro
Every page below describes the same job: a field life-insurance agent who meets with local families, works out what protection they actually need, and places real coverage, with a producing mentor beside you in your first appointments. What changes from page to page is the ground you'd cover: the neighborhoods, the roads, and the kinds of households you'd most often sit down with.
The structure is the same everywhere. It's independent contractor (1099) work, commission-based, with no salary and no income promises. Commission is earned on policies you place, and advances, renewals and chargebacks are explained plainly before you contract. A Florida 2-15 Life & Health license is required to sell. Most people who join aren't licensed yet, and we guide you through the process from day one. We never sell leads to our agents, and you see the full comp grid before you sign.
Training is based in Apopka, on the northwest side of the metro, where SR-429, SR-414 and US-441 meet. From there the team works outward: north and east into Seminole County (Sanford, Lake Mary), south into Osceola County (Kissimmee), west into West Orange and Lake County (Ocoee, Winter Garden, Clermont), and across Orlando itself.
Before you apply anywhere (including here), read how commissions are paid and what chargebacks are. Not licensed yet? Start with how to get licensed in Florida.
